Advisory Engagement
A focused engagement to solve a specific strategic technology challenge. Deliverables, timeline, and fees are agreed upfront. Typically 4 to 12 weeks. Starts with a discovery call and a written scoping document before any commitment is made.
Technology Services
Specialist delivery of a specific service line, such as cloud migration, managed security, or software development, carried out by our technology teams. Project-based, with full scope, timeline, and cost defined before work begins.
Monthly Retainer
Ongoing access to senior advisory capacity on a flexible monthly basis. Good for organizations navigating continuous technology decisions. Includes a dedicated senior advisor and a defined number of advisory hours per month.
